The Sheppard AFB Civilian Personnel Office provides human resources services to over 1,000 civilian employees and their supervisors spanning 2 wings and several detachments.

The NAF Human Resources Office supports a variety of Non-Appropriated Fund positions that provide support to the military community covering 14 activities within the Force Support Squadron. We offer three types of appointments: flexible, regular part-time, and regular full-time.

NAF Opportunities

The NAF (Non-Appropriated Funds) Human Resources Office assists approximately 250–300 employees and provides personnel opportunities and services for the variety of Force Support facilities on Sheppard AFB.

CPO Opportunities

The Civilian Service Team stands ready to assist you in your search for civilian employment.

We provide services to commanders/senior leadership, managers, supervisors, US and Local National employees on civilian personnel management. We are responsible for GS and WG personnel-related actions related to staffing and recruitment, labor relations, employee conduct and discipline, awards, and performance and resource management.

Eligibilities & Restrictions

  • Any individual who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident may apply for employment. You must provide original forms such as: social security card, birth certificate, picture ID, permanent resident alien card, and authorization to work.

  • Applicants must be 16 years of age, 18 years of age to work with children, and 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
